We are willing to give up no more then 40% of per project invested into silent partnership control. No exceptions. Your investor would receive 40% net profit payments. Silent investor partnership. This works best for those that want to continue living life to the fullest while just permitting us to make money for them. Funds would be transferred directly into investors designated account via a CPA. Monthly.

We have a finders fee word document for you to fill out and get notarized.
Once you sign it and send it to us we in turn shall do likewise.
There after you would be required to disclose your person or bussn investor contact to us. And if you don't. That particular transaction will end immediately. However our agreement would still stand.
We reserve the right and option to use various other finders ( such as yourself ) as our agreement would not be exclusive blocking out other finders yet except to. One one an other. DeLagostti Industries to you.
You may continue to advise them ( your person or bussn ) through-out the entire process. That is your option.
We can ether deal directly with your actual find ( if you rather stay out of it ) or via you, indirectly only. Unless mentioned otherwise. For us that's somewhat irrelevant in the beginning. We understand the need for questions.
We do not suggest that you deal with a venture capital broker/s as they do often require an up front fee.
If you did elect to proceed with a broker. You would be on 100% on your own. In which case. That separate transaction would be completely between you and them... Their fee from you to them in which case that transaction would be between you and them and not us as a whole nor in any manner what's so ever.
We are only willing to pay for actual results at the closing table and not a promise of potential results.
Covert investing is now available for 2010. If an investor is in the auto bussn and wants to invest but is worried about his or her job. Covert / Silent Investment can be made via their private attorney.

Collateral has changed for the 21st Century. I know what they want but what we are offering is much, much better !

The collateral method that we are willing to us is the old fashioned silent investment partnership method of investment. Comes from the days past from yesteryear.
