Actually. I wrongfully had hoped that I would have been able to of created this page with., A FEMA or Government link or at the very least a full / national detailed address list for information that might direct all of you. AS - to where ( in your state ) to go to just in the case of an all out homeland emergency situation. War or Bio Terror attack etc., etc.

As to : Where it now is. With-in your state that our caring Government might have already built ( for you the public ) any existing Fallout shelters.

I say this .... Since the required information in part is kept very secrete and it is not provide to you as requested by me for you.

This is critical & extremely IMPORTANT information for you and your loved to have. Download. Print a list of etc ... As to where one should need to go to say. For example in the case of a homeland., Nuclear attached here within the USA. Or Bio-terror attack etc. Fallout shelter list.

So that much needed GOV web page / site. With the mentioned much needed information simple speaking, Does NOT exist., as of Jan 2010.

OK so. Yes enough is enough and I went onto You Tube and spoke to all of you about this extremely important topic.

Its a simple question ??? Fallout shelter/s locations nationwide. Where are they near you ?? !!

Below are the recent e-mails conversations ( un-edited ) that I recently had with FEMA as follows :

Thank you for your follow-up e-mail dated January 21, 2010, requesting the list of shelters--nationwide.

Information contained in the National Shelter System (NSS) database is not available to the public. NSS data is restricted to State, local and Federal government agencies; and those non-government agencies that play an active roll in sheltering and disaster response activities. They are approved for access through their respective States.

You may wish to link to the American Red Cross Web site http://www.redcross.org/en/, as they currently post the locations of open shelters in States that allow the locations to be seen publicly. Those States that do not release this information, generally ask inquirers to call their 211 line or other local information number.

FEMA will be creating a shelter locator site on FEMA.gov in the near future. Inquirers will be able to enter their zip code and get a list of the closest, open shelters. However, some States will be opting out of this program to insure that they can manage the populations seeking shelter at the facilities.

While a map ( like the one you sent me for earthquakes is very nice.) However. A full national list with address's and contact phone numbers and e-mail address's etc is what we are actually seeking.

And best of all would be perhaps ... Something that I can place on our web site would be even best.

A map as mentioned above so far as I know via google maps would do the job well. Meaning that all I would have to do is place a link to it on my web site. The CDC has one ( map ) for the H1N1

The map that I'm seeking. Has yet to be created ?? From what I can see thus far..... That seems to now be the real question.

In the event of an all out national emergency a map with all of the above mentioned information would truly help to greatly expedite this key information out to and for the public throughout the USA. Quickly via the Internet and not greatly tie up valuable phones lines for if an all out emergency where to ever take place on a national scale. I'm sure you know what I mean.

Fallout shelters for the public that do double as earthquake shelters or for bomb shelter usage would be., of course. Best for., all around usage by and for the public.

Here is a little HISTORY lesson for some of you. And a REMINDER for others to please Wake Up ! And Speak Up ! Now !

Below on the cover., As shown. So it seems that: Our government cared a lot more about the USA public during. WW II as well as during the JFK days using TV and major nation wide magazine to tell us what to do and how to get ready etc., etc, for a Nuke hit. This was the case during WW II & up until and around 1967-ish. Then it all STOPPED ! Why ? It was said that. From some online research. That : Our " national security " was so very good that it actually wasn't necessary. So it was stopped !

Large Alarms., Where in every larger city with signs everywhere as to where to go to., Yes., with your family etc., etc, during World War II and post WW II days.

COMMENT : Well aren't we in a war right now ? An international war on Terror isn't it ? They attacked us in NY so we are going after them and I'm ok with all that. However., So shouldn't we be ready ? As-in. Right now nationwide. As-in here from coast to coast with-in the homeland for anything ? !
