City is ideal for those that don't care for heights. For you. This is the perfect
answer. Living inside a mountain. However new this idea might sound it actually
isn't new ether. Many militaries around the globe are already similarly set
up as mentioned ( not for the public ). However., Our New Mountain City extreme
engineering design has been created with you., in mind ! The public. And as
such is the case. We strongly suggest that you take advantage of this now. We
say now.... Reason being that there are only a limited amount of residences
for sale - To be located / built here. All purchase transactions are processed
via our international corporate attorney's.
We are currently taking applications for all whom seek a safe
haven for their family to move to ether now., or when the need arrives.
However, since a massive project such as this one is a extremely costly one
we are being extremely candid as well as up front as to what the costs shall
be for all whom are considering this level on going 24/7 protected living quarters.
Currently speaking you can apply for and acquired a future residence of 1,550
square feet. It would be a fairly small basic one bedroom residence.
One floor level only. Enough living space for two adults and two minors and
one pet. However, it is not designed to exceed 4 people max. with 1 pet. We
are not offering anything that shall be any smaller square foot wise than the
mentioned 1,550 SF. The cost for that unit
was formerly set at approx. $ 5,000,400 for 2008 and as previously mentioned to go up in 2009
Currently that same unit was pre - re - set to be 33% higher in 2009 versus the above former figure now shown for 2008. Or revised for 2009 as follows.
Larger residences are available as well for the asking at additional cost ……. Shown below is our larger 1,550 SF one bedroom 2 bath unit set onto one floor plan level - home with two balconies. Shown is a corner unit with double / two side view. Per this design dining can double as a bedroom. No kitchen. 2 Walk in closets.
Corner Units - Pricing are available at 10% above base unit cost. Once all corner units are completely sold out. No other corner units will be available.

As a New Mountain City resident you would have access to the larger below level
haven area that would protect you and your loved ones further in the case of
any war time attacks. Please note that : Monthly dues / fee's would be required
for all residence's at the rate of $350 per person of regardless of his or her
age. During war or peace time. This is to be an ongoing monthly required fee
for various reasons.
These fees are in fact to be required fees for all whom wish to live at the
New Mountain City Sanctuary. And here are some of the very good reasons as follows:
• Monthly fee's are required to cover your household
electric, water, and home security fees / required integrated alarm system.
Satellite Internet access. On-site general community manned protection.
• These fees are also required for "access
for you and your family" to. The over all access to the exclusive
general population underground secured haven area/s. Heavily secured from /
against a non direct nuclear attack and this area does protect all from germ
warfare agents. Custom lab engineered and standard.
• Overall private resident member areas
shall have one large pool / spa area and exercise areas ( co-ed ). Separate
men's and women's area's. Non co-ed area/s shall also be made for member use
as changing / locker rooms. Other amenities have to do with a small grocery
store. A small restaurant. A small minor emergency heath unit ( not a hospital
). etc., is still on the planning stages awaiting final overall approval by
us.
• Access to our heliport. For you
and your family access to and from New Mountain City. Yet at additional cost
per each occurrence to and from.
• All residents are required to sign a very
strict non-disclosure agreement. In other words., you could not tell
non-residents / members where the New Mountain city location shall be located.
To do so would be in direct violation of that signed agreement and as such you
and your family would be asked to leave. Additionally speaking your purchased
home would be sold to an other interested person/s seeking to live there. If.
Your home were to in fact get sold the cost for which you originally paid would
be refunded to you. And not any profits at the time that it was re-sold by us.
Realtor re-sale fee's / cost to be deducted from your portion. Please understand
that the location must be kept secrete., as to not jeopardize other resident
members that are living there. For example: in the case of an all out world
wide war., many if not hundreds could and would flock to it's locations if disclosed.
And most importantly speaking. New Mountain City is only designed to hold so
many residence / people comfortably. We truly don't want nor need any panic
situation as I'm sure you can fully understand on you and your families behalf.
• 24/7 overall on-site city protection for in case of an all out war situation. Staff on-site for this need.
• All residences shall be constructed with solid 5,000 PSI concrete exterior wall and bullet proof glass as a norm etc details not fully disclosed in here.
Its extremely important for you to note that : All future residence
members for this master planned community must first apply for one of our homes
via our corp. attorney. His retainer fee is $5,000. That fee is pre-set for
his time to properly process you and your application and to see if you and
your loved ones would be a good fit for all concerned as we are seeking to maintain
as much of a peaceful and safe environment as possible for all concerned. In
the event of and during a non safe world event such as. For example: a major
war. Additionally speaking as mentioned via our web site. A required non-suability
wavier shall be required of you and all whom will be living with you as well
as any future visitors prior to their coming out to visit your home. Please
do note that : All visitors must first be security cleared prior to arrival
via our corp. attorney etc, and his fee shall still need to apply as mentioned
above per occurrence / person.
