Patents : for any of our inventions or systems that we custom engineered and design / created and developed. Unless de-noted otherwise. Are simply not for sale.
All patents if and whenever possible are strictly submitted and held in secrete status. Indefinitely. Same or similarly as to what many governments around the world do for their new technologies. For example: from new fighter jets, to nuke power plants, Military software etc., to whatever technologies they might not like to place in the public eye nor internet.
The primary reason for this standard practice., is to : Simply speaking. Prevent the theft of that new technologies that took many years of costly and most importantly speaking valuable research., and many years of much development efforts in terms of years. Which can be also translated into hundreds of man hours to have accomplished in most cases.
Standard patents ( typical patents ) that are posted online ( for the world to see. Literally ) are easy to obtain and easy to re-create by non legitimate sources around the globe. Change one or two things / items... And or add a little of this and that and.... Presto. Its re-patented by the savvy thief and thus it is successfully stolen !!!
One well known example of just that was with Microsoft software. UpDate: And so that's why they keep changing the software platform these days every few years. To stop those pesky thieves.
The patent office is quick to say. Yes, what you did was legitimate and that's why we awarded you a patent number but now if it was taken. You will need to go hire yourself an expensive international attorney to fight your case. That attorney... In most cases shall have to travel overseas to fight in a foreign court room system. What are the odds of getting a conviction awarded etc ? Hummm.
Anyhow. Ultimately speaking. Our country. The USA isn't going to get into an all-out-war over your software etc., nor any private or privately held corporation invention.
Well hold on one minute... Unless maybe in a new super fast stealth tech fighter jet gets stolen. In which case., the easier resolve is to just destroy it... If ever behind the front lines. So as to not let it get into the enemies greedy hands. And that's actual does have to happen from time to time. So....
Simple put : A good example of this also would be. If you where to post your great grandmothers super secrete pie ingredients of many handed down generations with the ( in this example ) the patent office for the world to see.
For example : The secrete ingredients for the KFC restaurant chain of world wide. Yes the ingredients made them multi-millions and it is to this date. Kept very secrete and in a vault still hand written on the original peace of paper. Only three living people know of the actual ingredients.
For example : The secrete ingredients for Heinz Ketchup with Only 8 trusted people. know what it actually contains !
As such is the case : That patents don't actual work. Unless you have millions to spend on legal fees. World wide that is to say. Plus a long life to patently wait for the final outcome.
Copy Rights - Alter it a just a bit here and there and... Well its stolen just as well.

Here is what we do for DeLagostti Technologies to protect our new high-tech E2E designs from theft. We additionally are now and continue to plan to protect our technologies via components that simply can not be reverse engineered. And here is how....
For Example. We use : The Black Box Brain is designed for our 100% all electric SELF RE-CHARGING Armadillo SUV and the IS-GEN or E2E system etc applications / 30 MW power generator units with a 10 MW net-gain power output to the grid. Each units shall go into and is installed to safeguard the 30 megawatts power station etc new E2E technologies that we have now invented.
Our Black Box Brain is specifically designed to internally and immediately auto-hyper-melt down. Via a LOW YELD internal only implosion. ( Similar to what's already in all cars via your auto air bag deployment.) It shall however be hidden with-in the lower hardened casing engine compartment ( for use in the case of our mentioned SUV design ) So. If., and when tampered with. Or. If ever removed " after " on-set originally usage installation. And. After onset initialization. Meaning once installed and activated it simply " can-not " be removed without the auto internal meltdown low yield internal implosion detonation process executing and doing its designed TECH safe-guard job. Which is to simply destroy the key functional brains etc components of the mentioned E2E brain control system/s.
It can-not be opened without same results., Nor drilled. It can not be X-Rayed nor Cat Scanned etc., etc. If stolen we shall locate it to any location on planet earth. Even if Black Box Brain unit is not installed or even if Black Box Brain unit is already installed and is already operational. Each Black Box Brain unit would auto self internally destruct. End of story thus protecting this new break-through E2E technology.
Each key Black Box Brain unit is set to be created 100% via. Robotics plant assembly line. By a 98% automated assembly line customized system. So-as-to : Properly protect this extremely high-end new E2E technologies from the theft.

Also ALL patents have an expatriation time limit in years and that varies depending on what country you are in.
Instead of wasting much time in USA via court battles. Engaged in " Patent Wars " or flying our high-end corporate attorney overseas to fight all of any patent infringements and or for any reverse engineered TECH stolen from us.
We much rather do as mentioned above. And instead. Place those millions BACK into our projects. Such as via on-going R & D for product improvements and. Or to enable the lowering of the on-set retail costs - Thus making for a much longer term., Viable product for many years to come.
As a business Norm :
We always re-invest back 20% of any project profits., directly back into that project for continued on-going product improvements via high-end R & D.
