Mrs. DeLagostti. Has been involved in the higher-end construction resort industry as well as in the high-end remodeling industry most all of her life. She has a Architectural Engineering degree & various Engineering degree/s. Electrical Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Structural Engineering - Specializing in custom high-end structural engineered systems developed by Delagostti Industries from the early 1900's. She's worked for her father's international business in Buenos Aires, Argentina SA, during her early teens where he's worked as an international beach side, high-rise resort developer for. The entire South American region / countries and through-out various European areas. They've designed and built many high-rise resorts for the Hyatt chain and other big names throughout most all of South America. Her expertise extends well beyond resorts and is often used when designing for. Higher-end custom high-end home design/s and customizations for example: We have a custom designed for any home need no matter how extravagant the request. Custom being KEY for our client base. Also., We have built some very nice high-end personalized underground homes ether adjacent to an existing home or as a 2nd secret get away. These homes were designed for long term use. We've built major wing beach side additions or extensions (as remodels), if you will, to many existing smaller resorts as the demand for expansion (more rooms) was required to meet their ever-growing needs. I’ve personally customized some of the nicer resort lobbies you’ll find throughout some of the better South America resorts and a few in Europe. When more space was required we always found a way to make it happen for that lobby or for the overall resort. Their reason/s for the remodeling and upgrading was typically to make more money but more importantly wanting an up-scale, higher-end look and appeal for those quality resorts clients that routinely target a better line of tourist. It's important to be able to say that you’re a 5-star resort no matter where you are.

I love new construction however., “Remodeling" always will be my main specialty in one way or another. Even when I'm designing a brand-new euro-style renaissance customized home for one of our many quality clients... I am glad to be able to say that we’ve been very much able able to serve in their "personalized home needs".

I personally have a great deal of " hands on " remodeling experience from having worked side by side with one of old Italy’s best of the best remodelers. Lots of commercial design and construction experience and a few on-site custom bomb shelters as underground homes. I’ve learned a great deal from Antonio (an 83-year-old master carpenter from northern Italy) whom I’Ave personally worked with in the past to create unique and wonderful lobbies for the many resorts my father was hired to customize or build from the ground up, or when re-created via a full-scale remodel effort. My father and great Grandfather will be and have always been excellent mentor's.

My designs are friendly unlike what most governments might have ( non-homie atmosphere )., in that my designs are that of a very up-scale home that is simply underground ( you don't think that you underground. Only feels like your in a basement ) or up high into the skyline via a top mountain community / city setting. Yes, with a fireplace and all not to mention a kitchen etc. We have even designed a pool for some of these custom underground homes etc. Most of my home designs are very much computerized integration. Especially when seeking to know life saving environmental information. Inner home information as well as surface level air quality etc details are extremely important.

My designs are very much un-like what's currently being offered out there " by others " for the public. Honestly speaking. The competition if you might even want to call them competition... Has nothing for " long term use " as I've seen it. And so far as I'm concerned that's simply no good at all for any family thinking along these lines of long term protection in the 21st Century ! Not only that. Most others only have small shoe size box size sub-surface shelters maybe 500 to 1000 square feet max living quarters ? That's very small for long term ! My smallest home design ( New Mountain City ) is no less then 1,500 square feet and up. Which is a 2 bedroom 1 bath flat if you will. Enough for 4 people and 1 pet in any emergency situation. Or 4 people that get a long great.

Our design/s take into consideration all potential treats. Such as for example : world war three and natural disasters. Meaning that. What I've designed for the public will very much keep them safe long term. I'm talking about a one year mountain city or one year underground living plan, if need be. And most importantly. Nobody else address's as much as we do ! For underground arch/engr design example: An entire family will be able to live comfortable underground in a "real home setting " and not a just a small claustrophobic box and that's super important. We are talking about approx. 3,500 square feet of a real home space with 10 foot tall ceiling which is much better then the small boxes that are being offered out there from what I've been seeing and hearing. Sarah what your offering is truly amazing ! Yes, Thank you. I've been told many times. But I don't design nor build anything that I wouldn't personally live in !

A lot of thought and many years of personal research and development has gone into this effort. Not to mention that my designs are 100% green energy self sustained homes. You have your own electric etc. I just hope that the public takes full advantage of our long awaited design/s that is currently now made available for the public / private use. I'm just glad that our final designs plans are finally available to them.

In short I'm talking about the same level of protection that has been for many year now been made.To protect our presidents. And just in case you don't already know it a very large underground bunker is now available to the White House for our current president/s., past and present.

Home base, for me has always been Manhattan NY. which is where I was born. I love New York city and I do love spending time on my bike in central park. I do go to the central park zoo since I love the polar bears that have been there for many years now. It's a very small zoo but I recommend it to anyone.

Remodeling wise. We are very much over qualified for this local job task indeed and..... More so at the local home owner level but., never the less we do this since we hate to see our local friends get into trouble via so many fly by night contractors. Currently speaking due to other time demands. Two Girls Remodeling was the bussn name that I used to remodel under locally. But I have after many years closed that operation down.
